Archipel I is a pioneering motor catamaran first launched in 2002, offering a stable double hull, wide decks and large social areas, all of which are near to each other. There are eight cabins in total, all above the waterline, with two sea-view windows. They also include private ensuite facilities, hot/cold water, lower berth beds, air-conditioning and storage space for a comfortable stay. The Archipel I has ample social areas shared with a total of just 16 guests; the lounge, solarium, resting areas & al fresco dining area are great choices for you to relax and enjoy the nature that surrounds you.
Enjoy alfresco dining or a chance for a spot of relaxation in between shore excursions on the partially shaded sundeck. Most meals are served in the dining area next to the comfortable lounge where you have your briefings with your on board naturalist guide. Snorkelling equipment for guests to use in specific areas is included and wetsuits are available for hire if you wish. In our view, this is a really lovely comfortable mid-range Galapagos catamaran that offers the superior stability of a twin hull, as well as excellent value.
